​Daniel currently provides tax planning and compliance services for individuals and a variety of closely held businesses including operations involved in the real estate, retail, restaurant and hospitality, and auto dealership industries. With more than 18 years of experience in private and public accounting, Daniel is very practiced in providing tax, accounting, and consulting services to high net worth individuals and multi-state operating entities.  His experience includes assistance with strategic tax structures, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investment partnerships.
